A fixed amount per installation, which we tell you during the phone call. Travel outside your area is agreed in advance. You invoice weekly and are paid within two weeks of approval.

Do I have to pay for the training?

No. Training and certification are free. Travel to the training is at your own cost.

Can I combine this with my own business?

Yes. Most of our installers do this alongside their own activity. You decide which days you are available.

The customer buys the installation from Starlink or from a Starlink partner. Intra carries out the installation, and you work on site on behalf of Intra. Invoicing and customer contact run through our office.

What insurance do I need?

Public liability insurance covering work at height, plus the compulsory insurance on your vehicle. We ask for the certificates and policy numbers before your first job.

The work

What an installation involves

A standard installation takes two hours on average. Within one area we usually plan two to three installations a day.

Pick the mounting spot

Together with the customer you choose the spot with a clear view of the sky: roof, facade or chimney.

Mount the dish

Wall mount, pivot mount or pipe mount, finished watertight. Working height up to 6.5 to 7 metres.

Run the cable

Up to 45 metres of cable, neatly tucked away and sealed at the entry point.

Activate and test

Place the router, activate in the Starlink app and run a speed test with the customer.

Close it in the app

Photos and checklist uploaded the same day in our installer app. That is what approves the job.
